Data the service needs
Accounts store email, password hash, subscription state, usage and devices. Forms store fields you explicitly submit.
Local Private
Audio is processed locally and deleted. Smart receives recognized text, not microphone recordings. Separate cloud STT is always labeled.
Encrypted sync
History, Dictionary and snippets are stored as ciphertext. The recovery key is never sent and cannot be recovered by VoxFlow.
Deletion and retention
You can clear local data and request account deletion. Exact retention periods must be confirmed before launch.
